Debian Dog has been doing video for years. In the helicopter arena, he's to videos what Alan Szabo is to helicopters. Getting kudos from Debian is a big pat on the back. :)

LOL not sure about all that but I try. I like his videos because they are:
  • On point and informative
  • Edited to remove nonsense
  • He has nice tight shot of the product
  • He uses clean backgrounds
  • The camera shots are in focus with proper lighting
  • Shot with decent camera

I do wish he was a smoking hot female with a British accent but what are you gonna do :pervy:

Another great review Scott. It looks like a great device and seems to perform very well. Question....how well does it work with thick VG juices?
Hey there, I am not scott but figured I could answer you, the res was actually designed around vg liquid so it still performs well with vg, granted pg will still flow quicker than vg but vg still works very well, at least for me.

In response to the switch, it really does ease up after a week or so of use, it stats to glide a lot easier, I initially had issues activating but now I have no problem. Also for the people that still have issues activating, N8t the engineer has a alternative body that will allow you to activate the switch like a bottom button mod.

cheers mate, i appreciate the feedback! :D

ive been working in video production on a full time basis for around 18 months now ( igetcha69Films - Professional Video And Photographic Solutions For The Electronic Cigarette Industry / Creation-FX Video Production Services ) and have invested quite heavily in decent equipment..........but yeah, the one thing that lets me down is my ugly mug, lol

maybe a wig and a bit of lip gloss might do the trick? :D

have you got a link to some of your helicopter vids? id really like to take a look! and are they vids on real helicopters or the RC kind? (i own a few RC helicopters!)

hi mate,

the UltraPure e-liquid that i used in the vid is very thick stuff and it still works great.........though like the person above me said, it does work a little better with PG juice

cheers

One of my best "tracking" videos (where I followed the helicopter it is like following a Dragonfly) is a bit old but I would say:

Many of my videos have been pulled from YouTube as they started cracking down on copyright and I would use "real songs" but one is left from a few years ago for some reason

here is one i did JUST in iMovie because someone told me I couldn't.

This is me and ClayK drunk at 1 Am talking someone in to flying. Not great but funny:

nice job mate.........do you work / own helifreak? or just produced their vids?

ive got a HBK3, HBV2 and a TREX 450 clone (which i still havent finished building) but i spend more time crashing than flying, lol

i can hover well, but im a million miles away from the fancy flying like in your vids, lol

cheers

Well the whole "ownership" thing is a sore subject. Lets just say... Yes, I was and owner but now I am not. HF.com and I do not have the relationship we once had.

Anyway... flying RC helicopters is like playing an instrument -You have to do it a lot to be halfway good at it. On the other hand a violin does not explode into 100 pieces if you play it wrong. It is a love hate relationship for me.

Once to move to a 600 or sized helicopter they are a bit easier to fly but a tad more to fix. ;) I think my Trex 450 was the most expensive helicopter I ever owned because I was not afraid to crash it. I did. A bunch.
