Twenty-three is still a youngin' and barely legal. :p He's getting at the fun stage at 7 months - wait 'til he starts walking and you won't be able to keep up with him.

Yeah I know he's almost there. It's gonna be mayhem once he starts walking wherever he wants to go. Then I really get to learn the true meaning of the word exhausted. haha.

Thanks, Tony! Was expecting an abrasive or textured surface for the grip challenged but this is even better. I was thinking it could be activated as all the bottom buttons are, with a middle finger or pinky. Does it work like that or will I have to contort?

You can activate it with any of your fingers or your thumb. You can actually hold it just like you would with the regular main body just put your thumb on the bottom instead of in the middle and it works perfect. There are a lot of different ways to use it.

Bless you Tony...I remember those days...LOL...wait until the terrible 2's hit.

I know its gonna be here before I know it. I've actually heard its the terrible 3s. Its like 2s but now they know how to talk back and say no and ask why all the time. Looks like I'm in for it haha.

This coming from a "still smokin,(or chewin.whatever) vapin isn't for me". ........ Also, haven't you already sold or traded your Alphas ?

on 5/11 SleepHater wrote "It will be affordable, we will keep it close to cost so folks who have had a hard time with the standard switch can get a hold of this with out breaking the bank!" ...WOW 44 bucks for a fix to a problem people are having...thats more than the cost od the original main body.....not sure who needs to "get a grip" here.....

Yup..I'm still smoking. thanks for your concern...And no I didnt sell or trade all my Alphas. I do have one Alpha that I am going to give to my son and was planning to get a fix on the grip problem before I gave it to him....feel free to comment or ask whatever you feel you need to know about my life...have a great day.

Most people dont have the issue after a bit of use so he might just be okay without the optional body or you can sell the other body on the classifieds to help pay for the new body.

It's also possible that your son might not have as much trouble sliding the battery sleeve. You could always give it to him and see if it works good for him before getting a different main body. They really do get better as time goes on. And if he is having problems with it you could always take atavanhalens advice and sell the standard main body to help pay for a new one. Just a thought.
