Welcome all! I do recommend trying a brick and mortar store, if available. Otherwise, click on the Suppliers' Tab up top there^^^ and pick a Starter Kit from a store.

There are a lot of great setups available, and recommending ones that would be good for you is hard without more info.
How much do you want to spend?
How much of a hurry are you in to get started?
How much do you expect to use your e-cigg? Do you need something small, or is something larger OK? Does it have to resemble a cigarette, or are you open to other things (like a box-shaped mod)?
In general, though, you might check out the Innokin MVP with a Nautilus clearo (woth BVC coils) and some e-liquid.
Or an eleaf istick instead of the MVP.
But there are MANY MANY other choices, and all of them are different from each other.
A twist or spinner might be a better battery for you.
An evod or another BCC might be a better head for you.
A mod with removable batteries might be what you're looking for (probably not, I'd guess)
And there's always the question of the e-liquid, which can be the hardest part.
So give us a little more info, and we'll do our best to help!

I'd have to second this recommendation for a few reasons which include:
Helping support local small businesses
Local support when you have questions or problems
Getting to know vapers in your area
The ability to sample different ejuices before buying (you can avoid getting something you won't like)
