Hello All!

I have been reading around this forum for the past several days. I have smoked since I was 14 and then quit on July 4 this year. I quit because I was tired of smelling like smoke. However, to keep the nicotine pumping, I went to Skoal mint long cut. I am tired of spitting constantly and want to try something else and I heard a e-cig announcement on the radio. I looked up e-cigs and found this forum which has been an excellent resource.

I live in Southwest Virginia and cannot seem to find any suppliers near me, so I ordered a PV kit off online. After reading around the forum Friday night, I decided to purchase the Joye eGO from thevaporpro. Now I have been reading daily since Friday and I cannot wait to get my new PV and begin vaping. I hope to quit chewing and replace my social smoking at the bars with vaping. Cheers to ECF and I cant wait to get my PV and begin trying e-liquids and modifications!

Welcome PSU - nice choice on the ego. If you didn't order some juice, you may want to think about ordering some. And welcome to the "stalking the mailcarrier club"

to ECF. Your going to like it here. That was a great choice fo a PV to start with because you will have better battery life. Juice would be something you should be thinking of. I would stick with sampler size bottles untill you find a good flavor you like. Now the mail box watch.

Hi PCU, I have of others on here that quit chewing with e-cigs. I too chewed for a while and sometimes when I get the juice in my mouth I get the same feeling in my throat that I did when I chewed. Good Luck.

So true, so true. My mailman has become one of my best friends. He's even thinking about getting a pv himself since he isn't allowed to smoke while delivering the mail!

I reckon I'll use this thread to say hello and NOT grumble about limited posting privileges.

I've been vaping about month now and have found these forums to be a great source of info.

Thank you everyone for the wishes. I must have checked the USPS tracking number about 10 times today (knowing full well that it is not going to change!). I also purchased some e-liquid before I read about it on ECF, so I am afraid it may not be the best. But you live and you learn. This is going to become a hobby of mine. Thanks again and hope to have plenty to talk about soon...
