There are many different types of e-liquid (juice) and they are all formulated with a different attitude to sweetness. A lot of "premium" liquids are very sweet but the vape industry likes to use the word premium for everyday junk and rip-off branding. Most don't care if it's sweet or not, premium or not... they just want your $15 for $1-worth of tasteless muck.
I bought some premium liquids today that will be as sweet as anything. I know this before they even arrive... because it's a feature of this brand; a proper vaping brand not the greedy businessmen who are trying to run the vaping industry.
You need independent reviews; avoid the fake review sites.

If you Like the flavor of your e-Liquids, but just would like them to be Sweeter, you could Buy a Bottle of DIY Sweetener like this...
Sweetener Flavor Concentrate by TFA (1oz)
And then Add a couple of Drops to your e-Liquids.
TFA Sweetener is Very Sweet. And a Little goes a Long Way. If you decide to go this route, I would suggest starting with 2 Drops in a 30ml Bottle and see how it Tastes.
DON'T mix it into water, you need propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin unless you buy it already mixed. Don't buy the crystals unless you have one or both of those bases. You may be able to warm up your juice then add the crystals and again it might separate and in the atty and then you'll have problems.
It depends on the company. Some companies have juice that's too sweet, some have juice that's just sweet enough, and some have juice that could use some extra sweetener. But I just started DIY juice, and I (so far) only add a tiny amount of sweetener, because I prefer more natural flavors.
Hi and welcome! You never said why you chose to vape. If you were just getting away from cigs, your taste buds are probably burnt. For me, when I first get up in the morning, I don't taste much, either. Foods, flavors, air, liquids can all have an effect.
For the sweetener, get a bottle of The Flavor Apprentice Sweetener. It is a flavor that mixers use. Have to do trial and error. Something in the area of 1 drop per 3 milliliter should be noticeable. Also, before I made my own juice, I thought Vape Wild juices were a touch sweeter than others. They are about 30 cents per milliliter and they through in extra juices because they WANT you to try more flavors. 30 cents is pretty good. Consider that when buying.
A lot of trial and error. But, it is a good journey.

I buy ethyl maltol crystals from wizard labs. Get a small bottle and mix 1/4 tsp crystals with 10ml pg or vg.Let set in warm water and shake to dissolve. Use a couple drops to sweeten your liquids. I make all my own liquids and rarely use any other sweetener.
It is a Liquid. So No Mixing is Needed.

The orange text in zoiDman's post is a link to the product page on the "Wizard Labs" website (wizardlabs.us). The image shows a powder but the actual product is a liquid. Some sweeteners are sometimes sold in crystal/powder form, so you will want to make sure you don't get that kind, but they are usually clearly marked as "crystals" when they are (Ethyl Maltol, for example [link], though you can also get EM in liquid form [link], so you never have to use crystals if you don't want to).
You can also get TFA Sweetener here, from Bull City Flavors (bullcityflavors.com). Both vendors are bulk resellers -- they buy in large amounts direct from the manufacturer, and rebottle into their own packaging. Wizard Labs ships in glass vials or bottles; you will need a dropper of some sort to dispense the liquid (you can buy disposable pipettes, or reusable syringes with blunt fill needles, from the same website). BCF ships in plastic squeeze bottles with dropper tips, which might make it easier to get started. There are loads of other vendors as well (or you can buy direct from the manufacturer, see zoiD's other post right above this one) but I don't know what kind of bottles or vials they use since I haven't bought from them before.

Not sure just how sweet you are looking for and although I am not big into sweet juices, a couple I enjoy are Ethos Crispy Treats and Mr. Meringue, a recent addition to my vape repertoire. No idea if they are the sweet you are looking for, but might be worth a try, on sale this week at 30% off at 101 Vape.

Welcome and glad you joined. Could get some liquid (may be available in dry packet form but not sure,you would have to mix it with PG or water.) stevia or sucralose sweetener. Add one drop to each tank and test, if not sweet enough, add 2 drops etc..

Last June I made a pint bottle of a favorite flavor, just something that was middle of the road. I have been vaping it as a mainstay among my other DIY juices. I am down to the last 30ml and I thought tonight that it was a touch sweet so I adjusted the recipe. Beats me as to why I didn't decide it before, because I am quick to write notes and I never did over these last nine months. I didn't change the recipe much, but I felt I needed to.
Adjusting isn't bad per se...

Buy it from the link he gave you and it is a liquid. Just 2 drops in 30 mL should solve the sweet issue.
You will find that Juices vary a ton from one maker to another. Strawberry is not the same as strawberry if it is 2 different manufacturers. One might taste like candy and the other the fruit. Unfortunately when first starting out the hardest part is finding the right juice for your tastes.
