I've never met a Kanger tank I wasn't disappointed in vis a vis its performance. I'd suggest Crown 1's from uwell if you can find them. The rba for it is a separate purchase.
Given your difficulty in obtaining equipment in Brazil I'd suggest going with a cheaper simpler mod and buy 2 or 3 of them. You might even invest a bit of $ in a mech mod, just in case.

To be honest, the toptank mini is like one step up from a vape pen. M2L or DL but nothing like a Smok tank. Pretty decent starter set and still usable later. I still use mine for watching tv, playing WoW, running around at the mall. The biggest issues I heard about was leaking if the airflow wasn't closed during filling, and leaking on the first fill, due to not being totally assembled properly. Then again, i expect to have to tighten a few screws with anything I buy. lol. One of the biggest advantages though, is that it is soooo damn simple! Of course there are lots of good tanks, so it is all about what you want. This tank is one step up from M2L. A fairly decent starting point and nice to travel with. (lol you can sneak a vape without a big huge cloud to rat you out)

Short video on how to build on a toptank mini rba. Most of the issues people have with this tank are simply that they aren't building the coil or wicking correctly. The video has a series of still frames showing the newly mounted coil and steps to wicking. Do not over fill the tank, just to the bottom of the white line where it meets the juice window. This will not win you any cloud competitions, but as a first tank for new vapers, this will let you M2L or DL inhale.
The build I used is a special new build I made for this video. 5 1/2 wraps of 3 strand parallel stainless steel wire on a 3mm id core. I choked a little bit on the flavor coming off this thing. LOL.

Are those parameters can be useful for Kanger subtank starter kit also?

If you haven't bought the subtank kit yet I'd spend a little more on the toptank 75w. The 50w mod doesn't have a spring loaded pin & will have problems with some tanks if you upgrade.
Marcelo I have kanger 75 & 200 mods. I really like their compact size and like other people said the battery should last if you're not going crazy with power level. The toptank is very easy to build and use but I never carried mine around in a bag so I can't say much about leaking. For the other one I'd go with the alien kit. I absolutely love my older smok rebuildable. I haven't tried all that many products so some of the recommendations might be better and you can definitely go with higher line in your budget.
