My name is Shannon and I am very new here. Well, to all of this. My husband and I are trying to quit smoking and have recently broken down and bought an eco-cig at a local gas station. I don't like it, but he seems to. That led me to checking out other brands and this forum. I want to thank all of you for your views! It's because of the that I decided against SafeCigs and am going straight to Totally Wicked's Tornado. My parents are fortunate enough to live a mile from the store in Bradenton, FL so they are getting all of my supplies. I can't wait! I'm also trying the white chocolate to see what it's like.
Anyway, I'm a mom of 4 and a nurse and live WAY upstate NY. So, Hi!

Welcome to ECF jellies. I started out with the same POS that I bought at a local gas station too. Then I bought his starter kit. Anyway it got me here and showed me that vaping can and does work. 6+ months without a single drag of a cig. What is way upstate??? Best of luck to you

Welcome! I'm a little over a week in with my e-cig (v2) and loving it! These things really work. There are some many ecig options out there and this forum seems to be a great place to gather information.

Make sure you have enough batteries and cartos so you dont have to think about an analog cig ever again!

hi there and welcome. I am also knew to all this vaping and absolutely lovin it. I have an ego myself (-T though) and vaping it has already brought me down from 40+ cigs to 2-4. Odds are you'll love yours.
It's great that your husband is with you on this journey. Makes things so much easier. My prediction is though, that he'll also want an ego as soon as he finds out how great that thing vapes.

Welcome to ECF. Looks like you picked an exciting time to start vaping in New York, LOL. My wife and I are similar. I haven't had a cigarette for about 3 months, but she isn't full-in . . . she's cut back. If that is all that happens, it's better than smoking as much as you used to.

I have faith that, when the dust settles, everything will be fine. More media attention is beginning, and it will be simply obvious that there is no point in banning something that will reduce the harm people receive from smoking. It's the best alternative, no matter how you try to spin it.

Enjoy your new Tornados. I've got 5, and have enjoyed them very much. I use them to show other people what vaping is like now, as I have moved into the world of mods. People are very impressed with the eGo type batteries.
