Hi all,

Been lurking for a couple of week and thought I would join up.

I was a pack a day smoker for 25 years and thought it was time to quit. Found a cheap e-cig (Eco-cig) in a local gas station and have not looked back.

I used that for a week then ordered my Tornado tank from Totally Wicked on the suggestion of a friend that had one and think it's great.

Already been DIYing my own juice. Feel like a mad scientist.

So not to go on forever it's been 6 weeks with no cigs and want to say I have found a lot of great info here and want to shout out to the Vapor Cast guys for the great podcast. Already up episode 54.

ECF is the best place to be. Endless tips tricks and reviews ams the greatest support system. Vaping will eventually turn into a hobby instead of the way you quit smoking

I am not only new to the e-cig thing i am new to forums as well. I took a look at the supplier list and was suprised at how many choices that there are. How does a rookie make a decision on what to start with?

there no right and wrong answer to that..for me..before I bought a kit..I spent hours doing research on which kits were good..but one thing I can advise against..do not spend a lot on a basic kit..ie..batteries and cartridges..I bought my first kit from AwesomeVapor for like 40 bucks..get some extra atomizers or cartomizers and some liquid..other "brand name" vendors will charge ALOT for a basic kit..well over 100 dollars..
