I DIY with nic salts, that's the most inexpensive way I know to get nicotine salt eliquids. As far as vendors, I really don't know who has the best prices on nicotine salt liquids, but you could look through ECF "approved" vendors list and check out some vendors who carry them and compare prices. It's probably the best way to do it anyway. I would suggest purchasing in small "taster" quantities if that is available to determine if you would wind up liking the flavoring or not.
