Hi all!

I don't vape myself but my partner is trying to quit smoking and think this would be a great way to go. Have just purchased an e-cig and waiting for it to arrive. My question is where is a good place to buy pre-mixed e-liquids for her? We are in Australia so need somewhere that ships internationally and doesn't charge a fortune for shipping. She doesn't want to have to deal with mixing herself. Also she has always only smoked menthol, would she still need to look for menthol e-liquids or does that not matter so much with vaping?

I was a 60 a day man myself and actually prefer double mint liquid to any other flavours. No idea of international shipping costs but Go-Liquids in the UK are my favourite suppliers. They have live chat as well (UK office hours) if you need to ask them any questions.

When I first started vaping I went for a menthol flavor as well seeing as it waas what I was used to. I found the SubZero and Menthol Ice from Halo E-Juice was a pretty good starting e-liquid. They have international shipping as well

That's hard to answer. I am a former menthol smoker, and while I've found a few good menthol e-liquids, they just don't "do it" for me. There are so many flavors available and tastes are so varied, it would be impossible for me to say anything but try a variety and see what she likes.

Thanks for the welcome! Right now I am looking at a site called highbrowvapor.com - will also check out Go-Liquids!

I was sort of thinking the same that she may enjoy vaping something other than menthol as she wants to try heaps of different flavours as well.

Oh and what would be a good starting strength in terms of nicotine? She just smokes Pallmall menthol slims now.

1.6 (16mg) is supposedly that of a light smoker but I use it after being a heavy smoker and it works.

I did try 3.0 (30mg) but that was way too harsh for me

Hello and welcome. Many US vendors will ship to you guys "down under". I would recommend Nicoticket, I know they do, and they have some fantastic flavors. As far as menthol goes, it's an interesting question. I was a menthol smoker for many years. I think menthol vapes are not quite the same thing. Many are very heavy on the mint factor and although some are nice, it's not always the same feeling. Some menthol smokers still vape menthol juices, some don't. I would try a couple of menthols just to see, but also include some juices that might appeal in other ways. Many new vapers want to replicate the cigarette experience, but there is a whole world of flavors and great juices along with some great tobacco flavors as well. Try a variety, what you loved to smoke might not be what you love to vape. Same goes for flavors, what you love to eat may not be what you love to vape. So be open minded.

Thanks for the info Mick! May just buy her the 6mg and see if she even notices I don't smoke myself, but I vaping just liquid with no nicotine actually appeals to me. I have a friend that vapes and it smells damn good!

Oh and Go-liquids doesn't ship to Australia.
