Hi All,

Been vaping and off the cigs since April 1st and I have to admit I am not missing it at all but I have turned into a vape head doing about 6-8ml a day is that bad lol.

Welcome to the forums Mix! First of all, congrats on putting an end to cigs! When I first started I went through an excessive amount for a bit but then it tapered down. What nic level is your liquids?

well i am doing 3.6 in my e-cigs as this is the only way to get a hit but when I am at home as I use my e-cigs for driving and work you see. anyway when I am at home I get my kick out of 2.4 as I have a provari which kicks it out nicely. I was on 50 fags a day mind you and wow what a saving this is why I went straight for the provari I was actually in the right place at the right time bud

Great job!! I'm loving hearing others success with dropping the analogs with the use of their ecigs. I just stopped smoking yesterday. Hoping I can stick to this, too!

well you can but i went through a stage of needing a ... cause the e-cigs did not do the job until I found out you can actually refill the pre filled carts you buy, then I began to refill then with 3.6 juice as I was a 50 a day smokier and that then took the craving away. I then read through a forum and asked lots of questions as you do then ended up rather than mess around went straight to the top and purchased a provari and walla now down to vaping 2.4 in provari and use the 3.6 in my e-cig tips which I refill. The reason I got the provari also cause in the beginning I was putting my ... money away each day at £15.00 per day and well you add it up lol. so read and take in ask what you need and keep off the fags lol. I don't even miss them neither am I affected by people smoking around me

Not got a provari myself as I've been happy sticking to purely mechanical & mainly use a GGTS.

Been vaping since July 2008 - so coming up to 4 years

Rashleigh Arms in Charlestown is 100% vape friendly - they even have a sticker in their window saying so

I believe Rusty from camVip (campaign for Vaping in pubs) sent info to the Packhorse about e-cigs, but not been in there since to check it out though. Well, OK not been in there for yonks, even though it is just down the road to me

Well as a well established vapor lol you must know the best place for juices can you pass some info on please. I use ecigwiz for stuff but I am still searching for juices. The log cabin in china I just started due to a recommendation now they are really cheap but postage is long 2 weeks. used enjuice as well but i am still on 36mg which is quite high but now getting a hit from 24 so coming down slowly. this week started to make my own but it never as good as purchased yet I am adding my flavoring at 20% but still not the same as purchased stuff I don't think unless i am doing something wrong

It was so different back then - only about 3 e-cigs to choose from & no e-liquid - they all came with atomisers & very expensive prefilled cartridges.

I used to smoke over 50 cigs a day so still mainly use between 36mg & 24mg juice. I buy in bulk from health Cabin so get free shipping & order arrives usually within a week.
