Hi Guys, i started ecigarette april 1st, an since 3 rd april no more traditional cigarette, actually i have a problem about how to clean the atomiser?
an other question is that i receive one battery, but when i put the battery in charge the light of charge is turned on ( on the battery, the indicator of charge is on red).

Hi and welcome! It's a little hard to tell what's going on with your battery unless we know what kind of e-cig you have. You say the light on the charger is on, but do you mean the light on the end of the battery? I have to assume this isn't the first time that you've charged this battery, so if you go by the color of the light on the charger, then that usually means it's not fully charged.

Most atomizers can just be soaked in hot water or Isopropyl Alcohol for 10-15 minutes to clean them. There are many other ways to clean them, but for me, those are the easiest.

On most chargers, when a dead battery is screwed on, the light will be red. When battery is charged, the light on the charger turns to green.

thank you so much for your reply, actually i have 2 models of Ego tank system one from Janty and the other one from greenhouseone,the jany model when you charge the battery ( the light on the battery is off) only the charger ( turn red or green) on the greenhouseone, the light is on both the battery and the charger ( even when charging)...
for cleaning the ato, i receive my new kit from greenHouse yesterday, when works perfectyly and the other did not...i dont know if i can use hot water...for the warranty etc etc...i send them a mail im waiting for their reply but it sucks have probably to wait for another 4 weeks for a new ato.
