Hi,

Been smoking for ages and recently tried quiting again, been about a month. I tried nasal snuff to kill my urges, minor success and pretty messy. Looked around for alternatives and found this forum, and it really seems appealing to me.

I'm canadian and wanted more info on availability etc. mainly where i can buy a starter kit and liquids and such.

Pretty overwhelming right now on getting started.

I can tell you I smoked for 25 years and thanks to e-cig's not only have I quit, I have no desire whatsoever to go back. And I have tired just about everything in the past to give up smoking.

thanks, i was taking a light look at the forums and it was a lot to take in. As for smoking i wanted to try e-cigs to curb the urges.

I wasn't really mentally ready to quit and thought I would step down a little at a time or just cut back. Within two days, I was smoke free.
I still find it quite odd that it "just happened"

same with me i wasn't, mentally prepared, i loved every bit of smoking but under the circumstances analogs are not an option.
