Hi there my name is Darren I am from the UK as you can guess from the title I am a new vaper started vaping to stop me from going back on the cigarettes I on zero nicotine I am using aspire zelos with nautilus 2 with .7 coils for now.

nearly seven years went cold turkey was doing fine till last few months started to hit the cigarettes again and enjoying them again not good

Good reminder for all of us to not get complacent when it comes to quitting smoking. My reminder came last winter, luckily I was able to vape through it but it was difficult.

Well congrats on finding something that is working for you, that's great. I quit on an aspire zelos setup pretty much, and I don't complain about the setup one bit, and I'm glad it's working out well for you. Welcome to ECF.

Like Anna, Zelos is the setup I quit with initially. This should be a lot easier for you than last time.

thanks every one. I am vaping a lot at mo but at least it is zero but I still find it hard not to have that odd cig but I am going try my hardest not to so far since starting vaping zero cigs all vape
