There are a few trusted seller locally. Infos are in some of the other threads. Especially those related to juices.
Personally, I rather pay a small premium than to get my stuffs confiscated and blacklisted.
That said, you can actually buy the large separately and ship them in. I think it might be easier that way.

Personally I think it is best to avoid shipping in personally. The supplier does need to know how to ship in properly. Out of 5 attempts I shopped overseas... 3 failed. One of which was merely a set of 20+ CE2 clearomizers ( I was like wtf... plastic tubes also kanna stopped???) . Yes the local suppliers are like x1.5 the price. But when half your overseas shipment fail... x1.5 the price seems ok. Cost still slightly lower, much faster and no potential problems with the authorities.
Used 2 of the local suppliers on this forum and found them to be fast and reliable...
the problem now is i dunno wad vp to get haha. really thanks alot for u info northpole. can really use alot of advice. coz after reading i wanna get a DCT carto but dunno wad other parts to get or how to fix one that is good. am considering the vv ego-t. reall yneed lots of advice here coz ive been reading the forum since 12am ? haha
coz i dunno wad model of vp is easier to get in sg as provari seems good but its seems very hard to attain here. damn those ppl who ban it here.

1. watch youtube for video reviews of the PV / Mod you want
2. search youtube for these: how to fill a cartomizer / how to punch a hole in a cartomizer, how to use a tank ecig, how to fill a tank ecig
3. if you want to use dual coils the eGo might not be the best device
4. you don't really need dual coils, you can start with Boge XXL 510 Cartos (they are like the marlboro, in vaping to me)
5. imho to prevent too many upgrades, consider a pre-owned PV and perhaps something better than a eGo battery.
as you have mentioned provari's are pretty damn good and rare and $$. consider a DIY VV Box Mod that can push 6v/6A, might look like crap but has decent oomph when vaping
6. anyone else can help this poor guy, reading up all night? i did the same thing too afew weeks ago but now i'm up and prepping myself for 5km jog HAHA.
7. you may consider buying from members that list on the classifieds.
8. feel free to PM members for help, but do note we are weary of what info we do give out. for OBVIOUS reasons. until... we kinda know you etc.

Given our geological disadvantages, personally I feel that starting with an ego t or basic ego set with a lr carto is the easiest and most economical way. Like in my case, ego t was readily available at a reasonable price, and it did help me quit analog on the first day and lasted about 9 days before I killed the atomizer due to my carelessness.
There plenty of better options for sure, but something that works right away for a good price and immediately accessible. I still give my vote to the ego t. Hahahaha.

I'm currently using Ego-T (Type-A) still using standard atomizer. Generally it is a cheap and good starter kit to try out see whether you like vaping or not, the only cons is that Type-A tank is a little too small for me and keep on have to refill...and the vapor seems a bit not enough for me and I have to chain vape...
