Hi I'm new here. I just received my vaporfi vice in the mail. It says to charge your ecig until the red light turns off. I have done this several times. But it continues to blink three times after I hit the power button to puff it, the three buttons indicate that it has a battery that needs charged. It also puts off a high pitch noise when it charges sometimes. Any help?

Just guessing, you got a bad one. I don't know it that one has an onboard charger or uses a wall wart, but one of them is out, or it has a bad battery. I'd return it.
Just thought I'd post and let everyone know what has happened with the vice. I had a Skype conversation with a technician from vaporfi. She says she has only heard of one other vaporfi vice blinking 3-4 times even when fully charged. She also said it's not normal for the wall charger to put a high frequency noise when plugged into the wall. They are sending me a new one in the mail and emailing me a return label. So I'll be able to use it until I get the new one if I choose to.
Just to clarify they are sending me an entire new vice and charger.
Get your replacement/refund and then ship on out of there....
This company... $99... crazy.
When you charge so much for products readily available for 1/2 (or even 1/3rd) the price, they need to offer the best customer service in the entire industry. So far, at least they have not let you down in this respect.
