My preference is for a setup with low maintenace and good versality (between vapor or flavor) spending less than 80 usd

I am looking for rta (since the maintenance looks easier to get the coil materials (just the wire and cotton) and dual batteries

About the watts i dont know, i am new at this, but something versatile would be good to test
For what i searched, this look good

Original SMOK Alien Mod Kit - $77.72 Free Shipping|GearBest.com

Does this works with normal li ion 18650 battery or need a special battery? i have some old ultrafires here

I live in brazil, here is hard to find maintenance parts, so what acessories/maintenance parts should i buy to keep it working for some months with no problem ? only the coil? can i use medical normal cotton ?

Anything that has 'fire' added in the name ~ AVOID. They're unsuitable for e-cigarettes. Your safe bet is to go with Panasonics, LGs, Sonys, Sanyos etc. AND, purchase batteries from a reputable vendor. There are fakes galore in the world.

More information would be required for us to make viable recommendations.

For the mod-
What wattage do you vape at?
Single, dual, or triple battery?

For the tank-
Are you looking for clouds over flavor, or flavor over clouds?
Pre-built coils, or DIY coils?
MTL or DL?
Sorry to bombard you with questions, but if you answer these it could make it much easier to find something that will fit you best.

Your link did not work for me but googling “smok alien gearbest” seemed to so I think I know what kit you are talking about.

That kit is a smok alien and a tfv8 baby beast tank. It does not say whether it comes with an RBA deck though so if you want to build coil decks you may have to purchase one separately. The baby beast without an rba deck requires coil cartridges which are reputed to last the better part of a well each. So maybe 6 coils/mo? Not sure. I don’t use the tank. If you do get the rba deck all you will need to keep it running is a supply of cotton balls

There are many people here that like their Smok mods but those mods are very flashy ...but... IMHO there are many better, more reliable brands. It is hard to make any recommendation without knowing what kind of vaping you prefer... do you like to make huge clouds of vapor or rather puffing like a cigarette... or something between...

my previous vaper is a ego c, the worst, so i dont know the wattage that i would use, but it would be something stronger

dual battery

For the tank
In general flavor over clouds,

Diy coils looks easier to maintain since it is hard to buy these parts in my country, so a coil wire would last more than pre build coils, i think

I want to try both, what would the difference in the equipment? the coil ?

Something between, i would like to get a hybride if possible. What is the difference in the hardware between both?
I dont care about the brand, just need the quality

First, Smok are hit and miss, I wouldn't buy one as they seem to die once the warranty runs out.

Second, do NOT use those ultrafire batteries for vaping, they are flashlight batteries, meant for low drain (see my blog for info about batteries, link below in my signature).

For under 80$, it's a bit low for everything you'd need.

Solid and very unexpensive mods:
$30.58 Authentic Eleaf iKonn 220 220W VW TC APV Box Mod (Silver Black) - 1-220W / 100-315C'(200-600F') / 2*18650 / 100-315'C(200-600'F) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$49.26 Authentic Smoant Cylon TC 218W TC VW APV Box Mod - 1-218W / 100-300'C(200-600'F) / 2*18650 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Excellent RTA tanks:
$36.99 Authentic GeekVape Zeus RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 4ml / stainless steel / 25mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$30.53 Authentic Steam Crave Aromamizer Supreme V2 RDTA Atomizer - 5ml / stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

(great reviews on this, but can't confirm, mine's still in the mail)
$35.00 Authentic CoilArt MAGE V2 RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 3.5/5.5ml / stainless steel / 24mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

But for batteries, you need to look for brand names and make sure that they aren't rewraps or fakes.
Those are about 12-15$ each.

For rebuilding, you will need a few things that you need to consider.... this might look like it's expensive, but compared to cartridges which can be 3-7 dollars each, this lets you build a good hundred build, maybe more, these would pay for themselves 10x over.

Coil wire
$9.28 Authentic Vandy Vape 316L Stainless Steel Heating Wire (5-Pack) 5-pack - 26 AWG / 0.4mm dia. / 30ft / 1.7ohm/ft at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Wink (cotton) and wire cutter
$6.38 Authentic Wick 'N' Vape Cotton Bacon V2 Cotton Wick for E-Cigarettes - max.040" (1mm) dia copper wire / w/ flush cutter / 10pcs/pack at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Jig
$6.72 Multi-function DIY Tool Kit for E-Cigarette (11 Pieces) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Hybrids are mechs that are direct tab to the batteries, and are not the same as what you're looking for at all, as they can be very tricky and potentially dangerous. If you've never built, stay away from them until you learn a lot more, and even then, they are a very different thing.

As a fairly new vaper - I'd also avoid 'dual' and 'multi' battery mods. Check this out:

From my understanding, vaping in Brazil is illegal, correct? If so, how do you plan to obtain your vaping supplies in the first place? Can you purchase from online vendors easily, or will Brazillian customs seize vaping supplies upon entry into the country? In order to make any recommendations for you, we need to know where you will be shopping from?

Your statements and questions reveal you are obviously a noobie to vaping. Last setup was an ego battery device. Ultrafire batteries? Kid, you're not ready for rebuildables yet; you've got a lot of homework to do first. What you don't know could kill you. Literally.

Before anyone gives any more recommendations on gear, we need to find out from Paul where he will be shopping for equipment. Then we can browse the website and make recommendations for a setup for a NEW VAPER that would be low maintanance and have some versatility for the future.

that's a very good video thank you for sharing it. I found it kind of funny he was telling people to not have a mutable battery device while vaping a multiple device.
I think his advice is sound and in giving advice you should always give the best advice possible.
So yes if your not going to research and learn how to use your equipment properly getting a single battery regulated mod is very sound advice.

Thanks ma'am. And I was not using a 'multi' battery mod in the video.

My bad I assumed the rectangular mod you were vaping was a dual 18650 battery mod. Mostly because at that point you started talking about dual battery mods then held that one up.
Anyway inspite of my confusion and wrong assumption Its a very good informational video and again thank you for posting and making it.

Looks like he was simply using it as an example, along with many other types.

My pleasure ma'am. And that mod was the rDNA-40. Single battery.

I was most impressed with the class, respect and consideration you showed for the family of the fatality by not going into the details of the events that caused the battery to fail and mod to explode.
