Nautty1 - Mistics are refillable. You just pop the top off and drip in liquid like any other carto. Their taste a lot better after you refill them.

The Mistics from Wal-Mart are not bad at all. Wouldn't want to use them for long, but in a pinch they would do. Yes, the cartos are refillable as Worksforme stated.
