Hello all. I just started looking into e-cigarettes last week and I'm glad I came across this forum. All of you have been so helpful!

I just ordered the Ego starter kit from Liberty-Flight and ordered some juices from Backwoods Brew. I'm wondering if I need to buy empty cartridges also for the BWB stuff? If so, I don't think I see them on LF's site.

Another question, after I made my purchase of the Ego, I started seeing threads about the Ego-T. Will I be able to modify my Ego with Ego-T parts down the road or is it a whole new system?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, welcome to the forum :)

re carts: you don't really need spares, but it doesn't hurt to have extras and they're cheap. You can just take the filler out of the ones that came with your kit and rinse it under warm water, squeeze it inside a paper towel and let it air dry. When it's dry, push it back into the cart and re-fill with the juice of your choosing.

You can also buy this: Marineland Magnum Foam Sleeve "Rite-Size U" 3pk. cut a little piece to the right size and use that instead (just rinse it in hot water first and let it dry). You'll get better results than with the stuff they put in the carts at the factory. Here's a video: YouTube - Marineland Filter Cart MOD

re the tank system:

You can buy the eGo T-atomizer and the eGo T-tank carts and use them on your existing eGo batteries, voila - instant tank kit. You can get both pieces at libertyflights (don't forget to use the 20% off button).

Thanks for the info. Do you know how many searches I did to try to figure that out. 8-o

Welcome to the forum.
Another alternative to carts, which don't hold much, are cartomizers. Large carts with a built in atomizer. Cartos hold about 1ml of juice so you're not refilling as often. Pretty sure LF has Boge cartomizers, they work great with my ego.

Bummer, they are out of stock. BTW - Is it normal that I bought from LF on Sunday night and they are still processing my order? (I know, I'm impatient).
