Hi all! Two years ago I stopped smoking for a month and used the Blue Ecig. Was not very satisfying at all. I finally decided to give it another try and a month ago bought a Vapor Zeus 510. I cut my smoking down immediately when I bought it and as of Tuesday January 20th 2015 I have not had 1 analog cigarette. I did not do any research before I bought the vapor Zeus, maybe that was a mistake...or maybe not because if I did I probably would have gotten confused and put it off buying one all together.
So although the Zeus is satisfying, I am finding that I'm not crazy about the cartomizers that I have to buy for it. They hold a lot of juice but seem to wast it at the same time. I want to try different juices but that seems difficult and expensive to do with the set up I have. I've only had the thing for a month and don't want to go out and buy new gear already. Half of the reason to stop smoking is to save money.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can get that is compatible with the Vapor Zeus 510? I am interested in the whole dripping thing because it seems easy to try different juices that way. Is there a cheap atomizers that I can get?

Hi, Joelle, Welcome to ECF!

There are many different heads that take a 510 connector, and which should be compatible with your Zeus.

First, an easy way to get started dripping is with something like this:
https://highdesertvapes.com/products/510-Atomizer-(Bridgeless).html
They have a 20% off coupon at the moment: NEWYEARS

These hold a small amount of liquid, but are great for tasting juices (or at-home vaping). They will last quite a while, but they are disposables; eventually when they get too old, you just toss them.

You can also get "bridged" atomizers, a fair amount cheaper (like for $1 each) which you can either de-bridge or use as-is; if you're interested I could provide a couple of links.
ETA: Like these
Joye 510-T(tank) Atomizer

If you want to try a rebuildable dripper, there are tons of choices, but that means you need to learn how to coil and wick, and will need a few additional supplies.

Welcome. :)

Sadly, Blu products are just a waste of money for many smoker/vapers. They are now owned by a Tobacco company, so no prizes for guessing what many of us think of them.

The Zeus got some great reviews when it came out. Sadly, most of the other Vapor4life products are as bad as Blu for just taking your money.

So - be happy! You bought one of the best things they sell! :)

Usually, with vaping hardware, you either strike it lucky and buy something that is compatible with loads of other stuff or you find you've been sucked down a hole...

If the Zeus is a 510, more to celebrate... that is the #1 thread size in the e-cig industry.

Thank you!

I tried a set-up my uncle had. It fit but didn't work. It was a fancy one so maybe a cheaper one will work? I will check out those links and shop around.

And if I got sucked down a hole....I'll just have to buy another mod sooner than I wanted to. Oh well live and learn. And I also learned the Vap4life Juice sucks.

Does vaping with bridgedless make juice taste better than the bridged?

I am interested in the rebuildables but not just yet. I still have a lot to learn:ohmy:
