I haven't had my gen s but a few weeks and the screen has stopped working entirely. It happened before I even had time to learn how to really operate it. What do I do?

I am not familiar with this mod, but does the mod still fire? If it does, is it possible you have unkowingly put it in stealth mode?
If it does nothing, contact the vendor for a replacement.
If vendor refuses to help you then contact vaporesso.
Realize China is on YET ANOTHER week-long holiday so responses may take a while longer.
If you are given the runaround and no one wants to remedy this situation, if you paid with a credit card (or a debit card with the same protections as a credit card) then file a chargeback. If paid via Paypal, file dispute.

I've got to admit that I've got a similar line of thought here and think that you may have disabled your screen somehow @Jessica Hay, that's of course if it's still working.
But I'm not that familiar with the Gen S, but I know that a full reset of the mod would restore the screen if it has been turned off.
So does anyone with more experience with the Gen S know how to do a factory reset?

Reread your user manual or watch some YouTube instructional videos. And if it's not user error as others suggested, contact Vaporesso. The mod should still be under warranty.
