But he's buying one for him AND one for his wife. If you told me when I was new I had to buy TWO Provaris, I'd have told you to :censored: off! That's a lotta chedda!

Heh, Yeah, heck, the cost of the Legend was a little off putting let alone what i have seen some of the provaris go for. I am going to stop by my local shop and check out their cost for the MvP2 since I am picking up some more EVOD tanks anyway, though On-Line will be the way i go likely.

Im looking into getting an MVP 2. What tanks do you think are the best for that. Someone told me an IClear 30 s

I purchased my MVP2's that came with the iClear30 (NOT the "s). I like it quite fine, although I "upgraded" to the 30S as well, just because. It's a really nice setup, IMHO. Those long wicks can cause the tank to be a "juice hog," but it is a "fuss free" solution for me. Although, you'll find others that will say the iClears are junk, and prefer something like the Kanger ProTanks or the Aspire tanks. It's a personal preference thing.

The nice thing is the MVP2 will come with some type of topper for it. Depending on the model, it will have an iClear 16, 30, 30S, or iClear16B. All a little different, it will state in the description which one is in the box. I say, work with what it comes with, and go from there. Good luck, and WELCOME to ECF!

Ooh, EVODs are nice, too. AND...they fit on the MVPs as well (it has the dual 510/ego connection on it, both fit, yay!). So, you'll have backup tanks, then. Yeah, local prices may very well be closer to MSRP (so, like $70 or $80). Online may be best for the MVPs.

I got an MVP 2 and like everyone else, I love it! It came with the iClear 30 which I did not love so much. It seemed to have muted flavor, no matter which juice I used with it. I've passed it along to someone who wanted it.

I have a bunch of Evods what I was using with my Spinners before I got the MVP, and they work great on my MVP also. I love not having to have all different kinds of tanks, and can just use them with all my devices. I get very good flavor and decent vapor using my Evods with my MVP 2.

at this stage, the slower you make your decisions the more likely you will spend wisely and accurately (based on what you really want in the long run).

Yes, this is right, I dont care for the ICLear 16s, yet I have 6 of them thanks to a 5-pack i bought on Ebay before buying an EVOD at the LVS. I wont be buying the Itaste there though, because they were $100. There was another customer there that also recommended the Itaste MVP, so I am sold. I am going to buy my wife her X-Fire first and then I will order my Itaste, likely after this work stretch starting tonight. Thanks for all of the help guys!

Haha, thanks for the quick replies. I am looking at the MVP2 on ebay right now and it looks unlike anything i have seen so far, it kind of looks like a metal juice box. It says that the battery is built-in so I would imagine it cannot be replaced, so how long does that battery last? I am seeing it for about $45 on ebay and around that price on some web sites, so just getting a new device when the battery dies wouldn't be a big problem. It looks pretty interesting and has all of the features that I was looking for. I see it comes with an iClear 30 which is nice. It says that it is 510 threaded so that should work with the Kanger Pro that I want to buy. Sounds good to me, placing an order today!
That is my exact set up and love it. Still have egos around but got into dripping and the MVP2 works great.

I got an MVP 2.0 and love it. My wife decided against getting a new unit until she saw mine, now she is eyeing the MVP Shine devices and wants the one with the skull on it. I saw alot of reviews of the MVP that talked about the fire button being hard to press, i have had no trouble pressing mine at all and it fits like a glove in my hand. The only thing i dont care for is the metal tip on the iCLear 30, but that is a very small complaint.
