The part where you said you cannot get e cigarettes in your area.. thats not a common problem in China, from what Ive heard. Generally speaking in China they frown upon American made e cigarettes, but from what Ive heard e cigarette usage in China is fairly high..which led me to believe easily acquired there...

its illegal in parts of or most of Malaysia.. very hard to come by in Indonesia as well.. thats why I guessed Malay..
