Im a proud owner of A Joye 306. The 18ml nic is to strong, giving me a major head rush. Is there anything at home I can cut the juice with ie. add water? I think the juice is in a 10ml bottle, if i add 6ml nic of the same juice volume will it turn into 12ml nic? Love the product, just wish it would be more enjoyable. Its VG juice btw.

You could cut the 18mg juice with plain VG (vegetable glycerin), e.g., from Hobby Lobby or many drug stores, but that would also dilute the flavor.
Your idea of mixing it with 6mg e-liquid (of the same or complementary flavor) is an excellent one. And, yes, mixing the same quantities of each nicotine strength is: (18 + 6) / 2 = 12mg. I do something like that frequently; one of my favorite suppliers only carries 26mg and 0mg. I mix the two to get 13mg; pretty close to my desired 11-12mg level.
