I too have never heard if smoka e-liquid.

A "general guideline" for nicotine concentration in e-liquid to the number of cigarettes smoked per day. If you are subohming (resistance under 1.0Ω) cut these nicotine levels by at least 50%.

06 mg = 10 cigarettes or less
12 mg = 20 cigarettes
18 mg = 30 cigarettes
24 mg = 40 cigarettes

I don't know the brand or its reputation, but I can tell you that "18mg strength" is the common parlance for 18 mg nicotine per mL, meaning that bottle should contain 180mg of nicotine in total, and be 1.8% pure nicotine by volume.
Hello, In one portal, I read the following hence I used the logic given here, can u please confirm if it is same as what you are saying:

Nicotine concentrations expressed in Eliquids and cartridges of say 20mg actually mean that 20mg (weight) of virtually pure nicotine has been included in every 100ml. Simple arithmetic shows that this means the actual amount in a 20ml bottle is 4mg or 2% when expressed by volume.

No, that statement you've quoted is a bit inconsistent. If you had 20mg of nicotine in 100mL of e-liquid, that would equal 0.2mg/mL by ratio, or 0.02% nicotine by volume. That's a very low nic strength and I've never seen e-liquid sold that way.

In my experience, when an e-liquid is labeled "20mg," it does NOT mean 20mg per 100mL, it means 20mg per 1mL, which would truly be a 2% solution by volume.

How is ZAAP brand and in their one cartridge labelled 1.8% strength, how much ml should be there?

I don't know ZAAP brand either, but a 1.8% nicotine solution would be a good strong e-liquid for a new quitter using beginner e-cig equipment. It's what I used to quit smoking, although it was labeled as an "18mg" liquid. :)
