i am ordering the DSE 901 kit from myvaporstore and it looks very good, a question i have is on the flavor of the juice and how to go about picking the right one.

I love 555 cigarettes and marlboro lights, do they really taste like those cigarettes or is it a gimmick?

2nd question, the strenght. It goes from extra high (24mg), (18), (14), and (6). Looking at these numbers, it raises the question, aren't these values way too high? because a pack of 555 cigarettes only contain 12mg of tar and 1mg of nicotine. So even if i chose the 6mg of nicotine isn't that way too much all ready?

The starter kit comes with 4 cartridges with nicotine already in it, and i'm buying the juice flavor from them also, how do i go about refilling it? Do u drop the liquid in the atomizer? or do u drop it in the cartridge itself?

Don't want to OD on the nicotine.

i'm looking to buy the starter kit along with 20ml of marlboro flavor in 6mg, that is if that tastes like marlboro lights, and the 555 state express flavor in 14mg. Does that all look good so far?

I have yet to find a liquid that actually tastes like an analog . . . which is actually a good thing because after you start vaping, you realize just how bad analogs really taste. :D

Honestly, vaping doesn't totally replicate the smoking experience . . . the vapor isn't as heavy as an analog, and the liquids don't really taste like true tobacco, although some are closer than others. Once I figured out that I wasn't going to totally replicate the smoking experience, that kind of freed me up to try vaping different flavors, which has been a lot of fun.

BadSeed gave you good information on how to guesstimate the appropriate nicotine concentration you should try. Of course, that's a general rule of thumb, and each person is different. I was a heavy smoker (2+ packs a day), and I found that a medium concentration worked well, occasionally spiking the cartridge with a drop or two of a higher concentration when the cravings hit. I'm now down to vaping mostly no nicotine and low nicotine solutions, with occasional spikes of medium.

Take a moment to read the sticky threads at the top of this forum. They'll answer so many of your questions, including how you add liquid to cartridges. Promise. :)

You did not mention what type of e-cig you are using, after buying my fifth one, sending back two of them, I found the one that compares to an analog. I also believe its mostly the atomizer that will give you a great throat hit, like an analog, and you must like the flavor of the juice. My e-cig that compares to an analog is The Jantry Dura-C, http://jantyusa.com only draw back, which is no problem to me, is the battery, last between 4 to 5 hours have to carry 2 extras, out working 12 to 14 hours a day, and refilling the carts last a lot longer. Find a juice you like shop around, order some small bottles at first. Two company's below have sampler packages.

Hi, Smokie--

I have a Dura-C, a Screwdriver, a DSE901, a penstyle, and a Kissbox. Both my Dura-C and my Screwdriver provide a harsher vape, more reminiscent of an analog experience . . . but I stand by my assertion that neither one totally replicates the smoking experience.

After a few months of vaping, though, I've come to the profound conclusion that vaping is actually more satisfying than smoking. I think at least part of that is because I've regained my sense of taste and smell. :D

I was a roll my own before starting to vap. I did not know what strength to start with. I tried a few sample packs and have found out that 11 - 18 is the right strengh for me. I will e going down in strengh when I run out of liquid, but have enough until july right now.I did get a 24 mg strengh by mistake and I thought it was way to strong so I cut it with some vg and a few drops of distiled water. I love vaping and will not smoke reg cigs ever again (i hope)
