Hello and welcome. I assume you have replaceable heads on the CE5, right? Just checking in case you got some kind of strange knockoff, or they were misrepresented. Then yes you can rebuild them.

In my opinion 28g would be a PITA to rebuild a CE5, you'd need about 16 wraps and have a hard time placing the coil. I've done a few for friends in 32g that only takes about 6 wraps and works fine.
