My name is Sam. I joined because I had some questions I’d appreciate some insight on. I just started smoking this smok Novo thing, because my girl got me in to it. But the last two flavors I’ve tried are either too sweet or too strong. Now I’m stuck with two $20 bottles of nic salts I want nothing to do with. Is there anything I can do with them? Like a second hand salts market or something lol. Or am I just stuck with $40 in nic salts that I’ll probably never use? Any thoughts on what I might be able to do to mitigate the cost? I don’t imagine smoke shops would take the bottle back after being opened. So that’s out. I thought about mixing them with something else, but one just over lowers the other. So I’m out of ideas. Any fresh ones would be welcome and gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

to ECF Sam. So glad that you are here. It did not take me long to get into DIY because I tried things I did not like. I hate to waste anything (I'm a frugal gal). If it is too strong, you might try getting some VG at Walmart (in the first aid section) and dilute the nic down. I have even purchased flavorings at Walmart and tried to make a juice useable. Just make sure the flavoring is one that is alcohol based.

I am sorry you are having this problem and good luck at finding or making a juice that keeps you happy. It was fun DIY'ing for years. Now I am just content with unflavored nic that I add menthol to. Everyone is different but the journey can still be fun.

Hello Sam. Welcome to the forum.

I think people will generally not want to buy bottles that have been opened, but what flavors are these you have that you don't like? Sometimes you can mix them with other flavors to create something you can happily use up. I used to say just one drop of teaberry would change any flavor into teaberry, but that might not be to your liking either. Cinnamon, clove and other spices, and menthol, can help if you like those flaves.
