Hi all,

I'm a new convert after 18 years and I just received my eRoll kit last Friday with some JoyE 18mg VG liquid. I'm liking it so far except for something that I'm quite not sure if it's a condensation or leaking problem. I understand that condensation is normal but there seems to be quite a bit of it collecting in the chambers after only 10 or 15 minutes of usage. When I pull the cartridge out, the end of the cartridge (that goes into the cover) is wet and covered in liquid. The atomizer seems to be soaked too and I can blow out quite a bit of liquid from it. I suspect that some of this liquid is getting into the chambers in the cartridge which eventually gets in my mouth after about 35-45 minutes of use. When I plug the cartridge directly to the atomizer outside, it seems to be a snug fit.

I've tried both batteries in the kit and the extra that I bought along with the 2 atomizers and 3 cartridges (in the kit) with the same results. Is it normal for the atty and the inside end of the cartridge to get soaked like this? Could there be too much liquid getting to the atty that it can't vaporize fast enough? Please help a lost newbie out :(

Thanks in advance

Sounds normal to me...I always have to wipe the end of the cartridge when I refill, and I just rinse out the chamber every once in a while to rinse away any juice that got into the condensate.

Try adjusting your drag a little.
As a smoker you're instinctively going to draw hard on the device in order to get more vapor out of it.
Works with cigarettes, but not ecigs.
You have to practice on long slow drags on the device to give the atomizer time to vaporize the juice.
When you draw hard on it, you're just drawing the juice over the atomizer without giving it time to vaporize.
It causes it to pool at the bottom of the atty cone, and in the atty.

That may be what you're seeing. Is there liquid in the tip of the cart too? Not the tank part but the air flow top part of the cart?
If so, signs point to possible hard drags.

Hope this helps.

Yes!!! You just described exactly what I'm seeing. There is definitely liquid in the tip of the cart that can eventually get in my mouth. I'm also guilty of drawing hard to get more vapor out of this 18mg liquid. I'll try the long and slow draws as you suggested.

Thank you very much for the suggestion :)
