Welcome. You're a man of few words. lol I think you'll LOVE the eGo....and it should definitely be enough power to help you kick the nasty cig habit. Happy vaping and let us know how it's going. Oh, and welcome to ECF and the wonderful world of vaping. If you have any questions/concerns, give a shout. Everyone on here is really, really nice and really, really helpful.

It kind of begs the question... I wonder how many of us were born addicted to nicotine? Back in ye olden tymes when I was born (heh, 1970, but still), it wasn't uncommon or frowned upon for expectant mothers to smoke...

Might explain a lot of "colic-y" babies.

yup ive been secondhand smoking since i was born

Thank you all.

While overseas, I developed a taste for the cuban cigar. for some time, I have been growing my own tobbaccos for my personal hand-rolling (they are easy houseplants). the seeds for 4 strains (around 300 apiece) costs about half the price of a pack. I am interested in creating my personal "heph" (thats the name of my hand-rolls, printed on the band) flavor using the methods described. this should stretch my yeilds for each year with minimal costs.

I ordered my seeds from seedman.com

the cartmods are extreamly useful, I have settled on the Pyramid in a straw version.

excellent,

Welcome! You bring an interesting topic to the table too. Could almost be its own thread: What age did you start smoking?

I too was 5 when I smoked my first analog. Some older kids dared me to buy a pack (yup, in the 70's a tot could go to the store and buy a pack for mom or dad, no questions asked). It started a 33 year affair with the deadly 20.

May you enjoy the switch to vaping as much as I have!

Welcome.

yes, I have enjoyed it sofar.

I have to try not to chainvape while shopping for my evil laboratory.

I think most of us chainvape in the beginning. I know I did. Certainly vaped more than I smoked. Kinda like a new toy, just can't put it down. But didn't have any problem kicking the smoking habit. Maybe because there wasn't time to smoke since I was vaping all the time.

The Ego is a great way to start. How did you start smoking when you were 5?

At the beginning of the 80's one of my schoolmates lifted a pack from his parents. He shared with us all. there were great hiding spots on the playground in some hollowed out bushes. living in a rual area, kids tend to go un-attended for great lengths of time.

I really enjoyed smoking, however I broke down and had an analog on my first day. not bad for a pack and a half a day-er.

I noticed that vaping changed my tastebuds abit and I found the analog extreamly foul.

woke up this morning and did not have my normal desire for a smoke.

I also ordered a large ammount of both PG and VG after setting up some havana leaf I personally cured in mason jars for taste and nic extraction.

added some coffie in its own extraction jar. waiting on the liquids order before I begin.

Initially I will not be testing nic levels, so I will add only a drop of nic extract at a time to unflavored juice untill I feel it is right.
