Hi all,
Brand new to this site and brand new to E-Cigarettes. Been smoking since I was 13 yrs old. Quit both times I was pregnant cold turkey and miserable! Promised my kids I would quite before I turned 50 which is less than a month away sooooo TODAY is the day. Got an E-Cig. 10 mgs and am not sure how I feel Anyway, Nice to *meet* you all

I smoked for 25-30 years and *FINALLY* quit back in March. Just turned 50 a couple months ago, so I'm starting the 2nd half of my life smoke-free! Congrats, and you will be o.k. Ask questions - lots of great folks willing to help where they can.

Just remember that vaping is not smoking. vaping comes with different nicotine levels and flavors to help you in getting off cigs.

Welcome jgatt. Congratulations on making the first step to quitting. I did it over 5 years ago and have never regretted it for one minute. I have been happily vaping since April 2009 after being a 2 pad smoker for over 40 years.
