Well, I guess I'm new. Only been vaping for a little over a month. I love it though! Went from 2 1/2 packs a day to 5 cigarettes the very first day. Within a week I was down to 1 a day, and had my last one 5 days ago.

Started with a Tornado Passthrough a friend gave me for Christmas. I tried the ones sold locally last fall, 75 dollars for one kit, and more, don't remember how much more, for the other one. Threw both away within a week. And because of that bad experience, I would have never bought another one if I didn't get the one I have now as a gift.

I go by Bluzeman, because I'm a blues fan, in case anyone was wondering. Has nothing to do with a certain e-cig company. :)

And not forgetting Robert Johnson & so many others :D

Also do love a lot of the newer blues - especially Eric Clapton unplugged :)

Lol, sorry for going so off topic :D Sorry to hear you got done via expensive locally (mall?) sold e-cigs :( But glad to hear you have now found a good one :D

Yeah, he's a good friend. We go way back.

I quit smoking 6 years ago for 3 years, and like a fool, had a bad day and thought I could have just one cigarette. Dumb move. Was up to a pack a day again in a week. I have heard it's harder to quit the second time, and I really believe it.

My experience last fall was bad. Cheap junk from a local tobacco store. But when I finally got the right gear (My stuff came from Totally wicked, but there are others that sell the same things) I found I liked the ecig more than smoking.

Oh Robert Johnson...I bought the box set with the small book about him. His playing and singing have so much emotion, it's awesome! And Blues are never a derail! :)

Thanks for the welcome everyone, seems like a friendly place!

We are friendly people. My advice to noobies once they have had their first starter kit is the next upgrade should be a intermediate price mod. You should know if vaping is your thing and if it will keep you from smoking. I say dont take baby steps after your starter kit has worn out its welcome....sorry if others disagree just my experience & opinion...nuff said about e-cigs lets talk blues :) My fav is a local friend ...Tommy Castro...google him. :)

Oh I agree! I have pretty much done just that. I'm probably not saving a penny by not smoking right now

Yeah, blues, always the best subject to discuss. :) I'll check out Tommy, thanks!
Yeah you and most of us wont save any money vaping but will be much healthier. Those signatures you see at the bottom of some posters...I HAVE NOT SMOKED XXXXX CIGARETTES AND SAVED XXXXXX$....what a joke.
