I have a two year old who has not slept all night in 6 weeks. I took her to my ped yesterday to make sure there was nothing physically wrong. Keep in mind she used to be a great sleeper until I had surgery And my helpers messed up her schedule. Anyway this is what he suggested 1 mg of melatonin, it comes in liquid or pill, I put it in a little caf and sugar free soda half hour before Bed for 3 nights, keep old bedtime And routine and do the graduated extinction method. Add 5 minutes of crying time Everytime you go in and check on them, he said to let her cry up to 2 hours straight if thats what it takes. Just put her back in bed and leave room. Then he said if that doesn't work within two weeks he is putting her in a sleep clinic. No napping over 2 hours. I did this last night and it went ok. She didn't keep me up until 5 am like she has been. So that's one victory. Oh and if you have a tv in the room take it out! It is really hard, and me and my husband had a 4 am fight about it, but I won because I am the one who stays up all night. I will keep you posted.

Welcome! I tried Chantix years ago - horrible nightmares... I quit my 19 year habit in April with the Smokeless Image volt. I love their product and customer service. Plus they have lots of cute accessories and stuff! I try not to drip, I usually fill all of my cartomizers in one sitting (I have like 20). Then you can put the juice away for a few days. Although - I must say I usually keep a bottle in my purse as a safety net - God forbid I ran out! Good luck! You can do it!!!

Blu is owned by a big tobacco company that sells Newports. They are not favored by ECF vapers.

Get yourself a couple EGO Twist "replacement batteries" and a charger and throw a couple Vision Vivi Novas on top for the longest lasting, cheapest start into the vaping world. If you want to go super cheap get yourself a 5 volt USB Passthrough for as little as $10, and stay close to an outlet, a computer, or a car lighter. Stardusts are cheaper tanks than Vivi Novas but they don't last as long and I think they kinda suck personally. If you learn to rebuild your own atomizers for an extra ~$20 investment you can rebuild them for literally years.

If you decide to go with a regular fixed voltage device instead of a variable voltage the KGO isn't a bad option but for the same price range you can get the superior EGO Twist which is the current rage among vapers. Getting a bad e-cig to start with only does 2 things: costs you more money as you upgrade to what you should've gotten in the first place, or creates an unsatisfactory situation in which you go back to smoking and just wasted your money altogether. Save up and invest in your future and do it right the first time is my very best advice.

You may have to go through a few e-cigarettes until you find the right one for you. It will feel like you are spending a lot of money to get there but, it is worth it. I have been smoke free now for almost 2 years. 3 years ago I went to the doctor and he told me that he could hear wheezing from my lungs. Just went back to the doctor a couple of days ago and now he no longer hears the wheezing. So, my lungs have gotten better. To hear that was worth every $ that I have spent.

Good luck and happy vaping.

I tried quitting with patches, Wellbutrin, cold turkey, etc., and they didn't work. I enjoyed smoking for 40 years and thought I would never quit. Well, my daughter made a pact with me that she would buy my vaping supplies to give it a try and if it didn't work, it would be all right. I agreed and got my first ego C starter kit 5 1/2 months ago. I continued to smoke cigarettes because I didn't want to go through withdrawals. After a week and a half, I lit up my last cigarette and had to put it out because I couldn't stand the taste. I threw away half a pack of cigarettes in the trash and have been smoke free now for 5 months. If you have children, just treat your vaping supplies the same way you treat your medicines, look at it that way. I know you won't regret your decision to give vaping a try, I haven't. Best of luck to you!

Just got my volt. Ssssosoooooo much better then the stupid blu cig. Now I have to learn new habits as far as when and where I vape and put down the real cigs. OMG I can vape in my house instead of the blazing hot garage!

Good for you!! It's so civilized to vape indoors, isn't it?! I felt like I was eating Thanksgiving dinner at the adults' table for the first time

Great decision, keep us posted. What color did you get??
