hey everyone. This is my first post here.
i came here because I wanted to change my smoking for using ecigs. I have searched the net but i am still confused.
im looking for advice on which one to use for my needs. I like a good throat hit, no fussed about the taste, not ezpensive, and one that wont run out too fast.
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to ECF, I recommend the volt smokelessimage.com if you are looking for a cig look alike or the eGo twist if you are looking for a variable voltage.

Hi Andrew, Welcome to ECF :)

I am not sure what supplies you can get in the UK, but would advise an EGO type battery for you. Hopefully some of your country mates will pop in here and advise you of suppliers locally.

Just a note to encourage you on your quest, I was a smoker for 43 years and stopped smoking by accident when I got an e cig to use where I couldn't smoke, I haven't had an analogue since. Take your time, do the research, ask the questions and find what is right for you. :)

I used to use a 510 and while they are good the battery life isn't very good.Maybe a EGO 650 to start off with? They are pretty simple to start off with. You can always up grade to a bigger battery size later because you have the 510 connection. It depends on how big you want the battery to be.This worked good for me. Good Luck:)

Yes they do Andrew, although that will also depend on what juice strength/mix
you use and what ' cartomiser ' you use on your battery. Low resistance will give
you more oomph.

And don't believe everything you hear, there's a lot of misinformation out there
concerning ecigs/exploding batteries. Although it makes sense to be around
when your batteries are charging, with anything.

Welcome btw. :)

Yes, it's a bit of learning curve at first, getting to grips with the different
terms used in vaping, but you'll soon grasp it . . . it's easier to understand
when you've a device in front of you to relate to.

Now you've 5 posts Andrew you can post in the ECF UK forum, where you're more
likely to get UK based Vendor recommendations. :)
