came across this forum will looking for advice - some fab advice on here!

I have used the T18 for the last year and loved it (had a few ) I prefer the throat hit to all the smoke - if that makes sense!

Went to buy another one yesterday and the man In shop advised me to but the upgrade T18 ii and longer battery life . I have purchased this but really struggling with the airflow / wattage ?? I just want same smoke as the T18 but can seem to get the setting right on the new T18 ii

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks zx

hello and welcome to ecf
I'm not sure either I tried to search for T18 vape and came up with Innokin endura T18 vape pen
is this what you are referring to?
Is there an airflow control on the atomizer? What is the ohm of the coil and the coil you had been using? What watts are you currently using and had been using? Are you using the same juice?

Welcome :)

I'm not sure either but it does sound like the innokin? When you compare the old one and the new one what's different. Is the tank the same? Has it got the same type of coil? Coil wick type and ohm rating can change drastically and that would effect your vape. The airflow on the tank might be the problem if it's different.....

That's all I can think of at the moment. Maybe check those things and see what you come up with. Good luck :)

The main difference between the T18 and T18 II is with the T18 II you can toggle between three power presets by holding down the fire button in the Endura's powered-down state: 10.5w indicated by the left LED, 12w by the middle and 13.5w by the right LED.

The original T18 gave a fixed output of 14 watts.

I believe they both use the same 1.5 ohm coil.

THank u all for your reply. I’m from Scotland :)

Innokin Endura T18 Is what I have been using and upgraded to the Innokin Endura T18 2

The Innokin Endura T18 2 has an adjustable airflow. Set it to one hole then two then three and don’t really taste the flavour like I did with the T18 which does not have airflow.

The upgrade also has a output setting? Also You can select from Cool (10.5W), Medium (12W) and Warm (13.5W). ??

I just want to be able to set the upgraded model T18 2 so it’s like the T18 and I get the same hit etc

I have googled it and same coils are used and also google is totally confusing me :-(. Don’t really get the lingo to be honest.

Tried to do a comparison on google see if I can set airline and output but don’t have a clue haha

Sorry to be a pain!

Thanks everyone x

Ps maybe should have bought another t18 lol

That's Innokin. I think the newer version's coils are prism coils - so they are different. You would have to triple check but it looks like the older coils with the original T18 will fit the newer model - maybe that is the issue? Have you tried all the settings to see if any of them work to give off a vape to your liking?

My advice is to go back to the shop and have him try the old coil in your set-up to see if it works and if you like it. Try the 3 different setting and adjust airflow. If it is not to your liking, ask to return it and get the original that you were happy with.

Newer is not always better.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Even with loading the old T18 coil into the ii version, it looks like you going to have a 0.5 ohm difference. Might be worth a try. Could revisit the sales person and tell them your looking to match up a 14 watt to the 1.5 ohm tank and see if you can bargain a return/exchange.
Could look at the Eleaf Istick 20, it is adjustable up to 20 watts and you can use the same T18 tank topper.
Or, The T22 Starter Kit from Endura is an upsized version of the popular T18 kit.
