If you don't mind letting us know where you are (a country's good enough if you don't want to get into detail), someone should be able to recommend a site that doesn't involve international shipping. The best way is to update your location on your personal profile.
You might also want to consider switching to a new device. Spinners are pretty dated and it's only going to get harder to find them. If you're interested in looking into the options, let us know what features you like about the spinner and we should be able to suggest something that would suit you.

A note about fasttech, the site @vaper1960 directed you to. It's a reliable (meaning they do sell clones, but they tell you when they do it) Chinese site, but you do need to know their terminology:
- If the item name says 'styled', e.g. "Vision Spinner Styled Thingy", it's a copy.
- If the item name is "Authentic Brand Name", e.g. "Authentic Vision Spinner II", then it's just what it says.
- If says "Authentic" but mentions another brand name, e.g. "Authentic XYZ Spinner", then it's a copy, but one that really is made by "XYZ", whoever that may be.
- Prices can be great, but shipping tends to be slow so they're better for general stocking up than emergencies. They often offer a variety of shipping options, and I've always heard that options labelled 'ePacket' are the best way to go.
- Many sites (and their local postal systems) shut down for a week or so at Chinese New Year (end of January this year), and they're often backlogged for a few weeks afterwards. If you want to see your purchases any time soon, it's best to make sure they have enough time to clear the region before the holiday.
- Fasttech and 3fvapes show stock status - "Ships next day" or "Ships in 6 days". I've found that "Ships next day" and "Ships in 24 hours" generally mean they have it in stock and will send it out as promised; anything else means "We expect it in X days, but heaven only knows when or if it will actually arrive."

and it's been helpful. it finds the major chinese and u.s. online stores. if you're in europe you need to either duckduckgo or ecosia it per @somdcomputerguy there are online stores in europe but i am not aware of a way to search through what have aside from knowing their address. local to other continents, sadly don't know. but you can ask around here and sure some local memeber would chip in

On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name,click. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.
