I normally don't write reviews, but considering the circumstances, I thought one was in order.
Not only did John at High Desert start the shipping process immediately, but he did so over the weekend, which is admirable to someone who tracks their package from the moment they order it to the time it's in the mailbox. No waiting for Monday for me!
Also, and a BIG also, he had a great buy 2, get 1 FREE on 30ml liquids that I read about in a post on this website. It said to just drop a note on the order screen that you wanted the buy 2 get one free deal and what flavor you wanted. I was a little skeptical about this, but decided to try it anyway because I had heard great things about their dueling banjos juice. Sure enough, John obliged and sent me 3 bottles for the price of 2. And the flavors are great!
Finally, he took the time to hand write a thank you note on the receipt and sign it. It may sound like a trivial thing, but anyone who owns a business and takes time out for the customer like that is top notch in my book.
Overall, it was a great experience and I will be buying from John again.
