After receiving my second tank from High Desert Vapes a couple of weeks ago I figure it's time to leave a little feedback. So far I only have 3 carto tanks in my collection, 2 from HDV and 1 19mm standard from IBTanked so I can't say I have a lot to compare them to.
The only issues I have with the HDV tanks is they are a little harder to fill then the IBTank but a needle tip bottle and tank filling tool makes it a lot easier. Since these tanks use grommets that are about 1/4 inch thick it's a little difficult to fill with just a dripper bottle. However with a needle tip you can get it down in there and fill it much easier. Also, the grommets can take some playing with to get them in there right if you take them out to clean or replace them.
Aside from that I love these tanks and the little extra work is well worth it. The two I have really are beautiful one of a kind works of art. It's hard to capture just how nice these tanks look with a camera. The first one I got has colors that seem to change with the lighting, almost holographic. The second has 3D texture both on the outside (easy to see in pics) and on the inside (harder to see in pics). I did the best I could to take some good pics of these tanks but it's not that easy with just a cell phone and poor lighting.
