This is actually my first post on here, so be gentle. I am writing a post to share my findings on this new hobby of mine. I have been struck with the shopping bug, ever since I fell upon vaping. I have a bunch of juices, tanks, tips, batteries, you name it. My most recent purchases comes from High Desert Vapes. Which is why I am really writing this.
Ever since I stumbled upon this website I can't keep my eyes off their beautiful tanks. Enough so, that I purchased 6x of them and got my brother to purchase a couple as well. All of their thanks are original, which means they are one of a kind. Which made me want them even more, knowing that no one else would have what I have. I also love the fact that these tanks use grommits, which make it a lot easier to push your carto's through (even manually punched cartos), which I kinda like more. I feel it adds a little more character to my setup. I also think the grommits allow for not such a snug fit which gives you a slight airy hit which I enjoy. Some of my regular standard tanks are like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose, which I don't enjoy and feel as though I'm going to faint at times.
With my many purchases from High Desert Vapes, I also experienced their customer service. On my first purchase, I purchased 4x tanks and one of the tanks had a slight crack in it upon arrival. So that night around 1:00 am I decided to email them and inform them of my findings. In the morning around 8am I received a response from John. No questions asked, he asked that I return the damaged tank to him and that he would replace it. I was immediately impressed with his response time, also being it was Friday night when I sent the email, and he responded first thing Saturday morning. Can't beat that. So I sent it back and by weeks end I had my new tank.
Also the 2nd time I ordered, it was late night on Thanksgiving. I believe I ordered a couple more tanks. Then I wake up to an email from High Desert Vapes, saying that they are having a sale beginning that day. So I emailed John again. Letting him know that I missed the 15% off by a matter of hours, that I had just placed an order last night. He again responded with lightning speed. Unfortunately he was unable to reverse the transaction. What he was able to do though, was give me some extra merchandise for the amount of money that I would've saved. In short, there customer service is impeccable. John is great at what he does, and I hope he stays in business for a looong time.
Couple things to look out for. Each tank varies in size, so make sure you buy the right tank for the stock of cartomizers you have. Also be careful, these tanks are kind of like potato chips you can't just have one.
