High drain batteries?

ok sooooo i just ran across High drain IMR 14650 li-ion batteries anyone got an intake on what this means? the site (which i wont mention because im not sure if they are suppliers of the ECF) advertises them as lasting much longer than regular 14650 batteries is this true? the picture of the battery sais 950mah

if u wish to find the site simply google IMR 14650 li-ion

The AW IMR batteries are a better battery to use in that they will take the load that we put on them. They will remain level till the end...when you notice a drop off in performance, it is time to rechage it. Other batteries start droping from the first use. The IMR also have a "safer chemistry" in case of hazzard.
