Hey gang!
Looking at purchasing a nice high end tank.
Bit out of the loop at the moment, but basically I'm looking for something that wicks well with sub ohm builds along the lines of a Lemo or Delta tank etc.

I could just buy a Lemo etc, but I like to support innovative vapers, and am also a sucker for quality tools.
Any recommendations?

I had the lemo drop and i can say its a million time better than the new lemo2. I cleaned it and put it for sale, leakes and dry hit no matter what you do with high vg 70 and more.

Delta tank is my favourite sub ohm tank really nice flavour and good clouds, no dry hit with good wick. Subtank mini is basically the easiest tank to wick and its also good in flavour and cloud production.

I would recommend the delta 2 if you if don't mind the SS tank which might hinder the ability to see the liquid level at night and it can be pain to fill the tank. Apart from that its the best sub ohm tank out there IMO

in this segment of the marked high end means expensive and chinese cheap stuff means better performance, sorry to break it to you, but china has taken the lead here, so if you want a high end one you are sacrificing your wallet as well as performance

I agree. I just bought a subtank mini for 46 bucks and it's the best tank I have ever used. It gets rave reviews everywhere. So why spend more?!

Some people just don't want anything Chinese. The reasons are their own. Each of us has the right to choose :). The OP asked for high end recommendations, so that is the question I answered.

The Estia is a wonderful vape, and superbly built. It does not have gigantic airflow though like the sudden onslaught of new, Chinese attys. I find it sufficient, but others may not.

I don't actually know if the Silverplay is made in China. I assume it is by the price. And the threading is mediocre. Its one of the very few attys I've gotten with crunchy threads. It does not say anywhere on it where its made though.

I was impressed by the build quality of the Aga t7 though. It ranks right up there with the best. Trianglevape has them on clearance for $10 right now. If nothing else, it makes a good beater atty.

The Vapor Giant Mini is my favorite hi-end sub ohm tank.

Hi Sedge,

I have been looking for a new RTA for a while now and have been waiting to see the reviews on the GEM.

I had missed the vapor giant mini but just checked out the VapingGreek's review and it looks like a real nice tank.

It's also in stock and is only £60 so may give it a try. :)

Yea I haven't found any high end stuff that's impressed me enough to pull the trigger yet. The Estia looks the most interesting, but yea, I'm coming to this same conclusion.

For sub ohm tanks, looks like the Chinese companies are winning here. Prob is that I want something that's gonna last a few decades as rebuildables could be banned in the not so distant future. Will grab a Delta, Subtank or Lemo to have a play though.

Thanks for the feedback everyone
