i've tried 12, 18, 24 and 36 in six flavors i chose and one bonus flavor from mtbaker. tried each one for at least half a day. i find that one fill, maybe just a bit more, of the protank with 36mg gets me through all or most of the day. anything less and catching up to my headache is nearly impossible if i even put the vamo down at all.
Ah yah, and I saw your comment above too about being able to chill for a lil while. I definitely chain vape, and the idea of smaller intervals of higher mg does sound great, but I think I'd die LOL I'm just too sensitive to a lot :/ but I'm glad you have found something that works for you and your wife!!

consider the warnings heeded and used as sincere food for thought. thank you. i'm seriously considering a small order of lower nic base. just depends on how ready i am when the time comes, i think. i'm sure if there's anything i don't think i fully understand i'll err on the side of caution. i've doubled my liquid intake over the last week, too. considering my kidney issues, that's saying a lot. i've always consumed a lot of liquids.

yeah, i don't get it either. all i know is when something is amiss in my body, i know by headaches and extreme muscle constriction starting in the head and shoulders. this then works it's way down the spine until even my calves are locked. i can shoulder shrug over 700 pounds, with correct form, in sets of too many reps for me to know considering there's no way for me to hold the weight long enough to find out. when those muscles get tense, it tears at everything. my brother has had shoulder reconstruction twice because of this. the last time he had a muscle spasm and it traveled and tore his bicep completely off where it meets the shoulder. it gets painful to say the least.

it's just how our bodies react. haven't met a doctor yet that could explain it to us.

Vapor4Life offers 36mg versions of WOW juice....their Clove WOW was the second juice I ever tried.....and I LOVE it!!:D
However, I find if I "toot" on this before I've eaten...I end up "star-gazing" (read: nic rush!!) in short order!!
IIRC, I paid $10 for 30 ml in August....
Good luck in your search!
Happy (vaping) Trails!
