Thank you both for the input. I didn't know about the Wake. Looks like it's for direct lung vapers while I do MTL. Since kicking nicotine really mouth to nose and not even get my lungs involved.

I've never had a drop in or screw in coil short out but in a 35-year career in audio electronics I've seen a handful of qualified technicians make impedance errors and create minor disasters. One lost a good deal of his hair. The blue flames can be pretty though...

I'd never use a mechanical with any kind of coils. Just too dangerous.

So you think it's a wise decision to lay your health and safety in the hands of the same kind of "qualified" technicians that manufacture drop in coils instead of having the ability to double check for any safety issues yourself?
