High quality, trusted e-cig brands?

My wife and I were on vacation in Spain, and she did not bring her snus with her. (Snus is tobacco in little pouches that you put under your lip) Anyway, she used to be a smoker, but didnt want to start smoking again, and was desperate to get some nicotine, since snus is not available in Spain. This is where we came up with the idea to temporarily tide her over with an e-cig. However, my wife is now hooked, and loves the feeling of smoking again, without the smoking part.

She picked up two e-cigs from a company named Essenz. The first one leaks constantly, and she is very unhappy with it. The second one is small and thin, which she liked about it at the time, but it gets too hot around the resistor, and the battery life is terrible, and the build quality seems shaky.

So this brings me to the question. I want to import her a good, quality e-cig, but I have no idea which brands are good. When I try to google reviews, or "best brands" and such it is a crap shoot, usually with websites reviewing their own stuff, which I dont really trust. Can someone help me out with some names? I was thinking of ordering from VaporZone, but I feel too uninformed.

To note, she wants normal "cigarette" types, with ease of use. Cigar size is fine, but it cant be like a box mod or anything like that.

Here is an option for a small cig-a-lite sized e-cigarette. It is manufactured by Joyetech, a well know and reputable company. The product is called the "eRoll" Here is Joyetech USA website. I know you can get this at a lower price on ebay here in the states. PBusardo did a review of this product: A PBusardo Review - The emini AKA eRoll

Another option for a EGO style and sized devise is the Innokin iTaste vv 3.0 It is also from a well known and reputable company. PBusardo did a review of this product as well. The itaste review starts at 10:30 minutes. iTaste vv V 3.0

This will give you a place to start. Hopefully others will chime in and give you other options as well. I have not used the eRoll but I am in the process of purchasing one for my sister who would like to quit smoking but wants a devise that is the size of a cigarette. I do have the iTaste vv v3.0 and use it as well as other devises on a daily basis.

Good luck in finding the perfect vape for your wife!:)

Ok, thank you. I checked with the wife, because Joyetech sounded familiar, and found that the second one she bought is from them. The Joye510cc. Maybe I was just too hard on it, then, lol. The first one she got is not of the same brand or quality, and was trash, but she thought that the Joye510cc might have been a lower end as well, since the battery was terrible, and it heated up so much around the resistor.

The problems your wife has experienced with battery heating up are common to most cig-a-lite product. The batteries are very small. I tried to talk my sister into going with a little larger devise but she really wants something that feels like a cigarette.

However, if your wife would not mind going a little larger, the iTaste vv v3.0 is a great option. Add a Mini Protank to hold the liquid and you have a great setup. The advantage of a Mini Protank or Mini Aerotank is this it is glass. No need to worry about "tank cracking" eliquid. The advantage of the Mini Aerotank (over the Mini Protank) is the adjustable airflow control. I have 4 Mini Protanks and really like them (compared to all the plastic juice attachments I have ever used). However, I have recently upgraded them by purchasing the new aircontrol base and now like them even more.

Here are a few more links for you to check out by a great ECF member Baditude:

Ok, thank you very much. Norway is weird about e-cigs, so I think that is why she is more interested in something discrete, although small and feminine is also a drawing factor I would assume.

You could always surprise her and do both!:D The smaller one for "out and about" in public, the other for when she is at home or when with friends.
