I heard a volt off.. There rated at 3.5ohms insted of the norm of 2.5-3.0 ohms. So insted of 5 or 6volts they will run cooler at 4-5volts. Also using 2x 3.7v batts with these attys, your batts will last alot longer to boot.

Less stress on the atty so they wont pop!

I believe there only HV 510 attys.

EDIT: OPPS! Wrong on all accounts i guess :) lol. Theres 801's and 510's and labled to run at 2v lower. So if using the 2x 3.7v batts it would run at high 4's to mid 5v's.

Hey Shawn...Actually that is just the easiest explanation that I could come up with...Its actually depends on the Source Voltage and because all are inversely proportional to each other, its hard to give such a clean answer...The 801 with 7.2 volts will vape at around 5 volts... Same with the 510...The watts are reduced making the attys burn slightly cooler so in turn lowers draw as well to make your batts last a little longer...Im actually liking the 510 with all the voltages...The 801 seems a little harsh at 7.2...The other thing is these 801s seem to take a LONG time to break in ... I am gona try soaking them or somethin...Im hoping some of the people that have been using them a little longer will chime in on this thread because I know there are some people out there...

The last longer with a cooler vape than the normal 510 atty.

I like 510 the best.

Source voltage is what counts..

Flavor to me is about the same. This is so subjective on flavor.

I havent tried nhalers HV attys yet but the ones I have tried were a little more resistance than these and they last a super long time at 6 and 7.4v.

I dont know that Id even try one at 3.7 v but anyone that does please post the results.

Ill be ordering some from Nhaler. Good price.

Hi Drew,

2 questions on these attys.... What color are the HV 510 attys and will you be getting HV 901 attys in?

Thanks!!

Hey Cherice,
Black and Stainless...Please note if you have a preference in the Special Instructions section, and I am waiting on the availablity of the 901...I actually bought these from another US supplier and probably could of got them cheaper if I was more patient but I figured people wanted them sooner...Thanks

I have been using 5.3 ohm resistance 801s and 510s at 7.4 v .
The 510s act more like an 801 in respect to the higher resistance on the 5.3 ohm. I love it..
Very long lasting for me. Over a month with them and still going strong.

I would like to try a little lower resistance attys and see what they are like. I think they would do better on the 801's.

I was told mine are 5.2 but havent had a chance to test them yet...How was the break in time on your 801s??? Mine seem to have a nasty taste....Thanks

I've been searching long and far for a means of clearing out the funky primer flavor & today tried soaking an atty in vodka, though PGA would work better I'm sure. Left it in for half hour or longer, blew it out, dried it for about a half hour & boo-yah, no more nasty taste. This was all after initially blowing as much out when I first opened the new atty then juicing it up & puffing on it for nearly a half hour at 6V, & the nasty flavor persisted until I did the soak. I'm doin' the ETOH soak from now on with all my freshy attys cuz even thinking abut the flavor as I write this makes me a bit queazy.... ugh! Give it a try, its easy & WELL worth it.
Cheers,
NickJ

Im using some HV Atyy's HV6v & HV7.2v they are some kick ... Atty's, seems like the trick to using them is to take a shorter drag because they really kick but, if you let it burn for long then it seems to hurt the taste, but if used correctly they really make the juice tast quite greatttttttttttt
