I got my Vamo today and man this thing is GIGANTIC. Pictures do it absolutely no justice compared to what I have received today. And my god I love this thing. I have not experienced true vaping until now. I set it to 8.5 watts on a 2.3 ohm boge carto in an AGR tank (which was a supposed to be a low resistance 1.5 ohm, so is my vamo correct?) and I get loads of vapor and great throat hit. But this thing must be delivering a ton more nicotine than I'm used to. I'm using 12mg juice and when I hit this thing about 3 -4 times I feel a complete nicotine high and have to set it down for a little while. My guess is higher wattage = higher nicotine distribution. Also, people vape at 12 - 15 watts, which according to a number of charts I've read would burn carts and attys. So are my boge cartos up to vaping at that wattage. I only know so much about VV/VW mods as this is my first one. Any light you guys shine on this would be highly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Yeah, I love the vape experience, not quite liking feeling high consistently on this. Guess I'll have to go to 6 - 8 mgs on my next juice purchase. Probably a good idea anyways haha. Honestly I've never quite gotten a vape this good on any device, even some of my friends mods. I am interested in trying an RBA however as I think this would be the next step in my book of a perfect vape. I do however like the convenience of my tank setup.

I enjoy RBAs they are great for setting around home. You might also try a 510 dripping atty or even a dual coil atty. I have a ton of stuff but I use carto tanks allot for work and out and about. You should 801 fusions a try you need a 510 to 801 stealth adapter though.

You will build up a tolerance very quickly or I should say most people do. But I suppose lowering your nic is always a good thing.

Higher wattage/voltage burns more juice which then obviously you inhale so you are infact getting more nicotine than you normally would. New vapor so i might be wrong :) Also when i got my mod i didnt set it down for a few hours and got the exact same symptoms. Im guessing you use it more when you first get it and it uses more juice. Combined give you the nicotine high :)

Forget what the Vamo is capable of until You are capable of handling it.

Check out a few Youtube videos. Search for RSST rebuildable tank. Those are the High Wattage tanks you would need, or not, depending on what you decide you like.
Your Carto tanks will likely prefer 7-8.5 watts. Be careful, once you burn a carto it is done.
I enjoy using an IGO-L on my Vamo but still rarely go over 8.5w
