Highbrow Vapor question...

I ordered some juice from Highbrow and it was scheduled for delivery today and USPS did not deliver it and the websites states, "Notice Left" . (they didn't leave a notice of course) USPS was closed when I got home and couldn't call them.

Does any one know if Highbrow requires a signature for their packages??

Welcom e, and they must if they didn't leave it . Maybe have a neighbor sign for it , if you won't be home . You could leave a note for the postman , to deliver it to your neighbor . Or they actually have a form , you can sign , that allows them to leave the package anyway . Good Luck .

Whats odd.. is that I have a lockbox mailbox, there is no need to have a signature. But if they requested it I may have to sign. (sigh....)

Hmmm... I'm guessing that they damaged the package then. Grrr! I hate dealing with USPS.

I really dislike USPS as well. A few weeks ago I had ordered something from a company in Utah to be delivered to my house in Houston, TX. On the day it was supposed to arrive I checked tracking to see if it would be on time only to discover that USPS had decided to send my package via a scenic detour though Detroit.

No signature was required for me, I'd call,the post office to see what the deal is.

I have ordered from them several times and signature was never required.

Highbrow's packaging is top-notch. It would seem unlikely, to me, that the package was damaged. Maybe there is some new PO policy about packages in PO boxes.
