Hi all, I thought I'd ask this in a new thread because someone else also asked this somewhere and never got an answer, plus I'm sure it will help others as well.
I am waiting for a Ruyan Bling E-Cigar and as you know, they as well other E-Cigars take those rechargeable Li-ion 3.6v batteries. The Ruyan ones supposedly suck so a lot of people buy better ones from other e-cig sites or DealExtreme.
My question is, knowing that the Ruyan batteries are 360mAh rated, and replacement ones like at Janty are also 360 mAh, what's the highest you can actually buy and safely use in this Bling Cigar? Some on DealExtreme go as high as 2400 mAh or higher and are 3.7v (see below)
500 mAh 3.6v: DealExtreme: $4.32 Ultra Fire 10440 3.6V 500mAh 2Pack
900 mAh 3.6v: DealExtreme: $4.94 Ultra Fire 14500 3.6V 900mAh 2Pack
1800 mAh 3.6v: DealExtreme: $3.79 Rechargeable 3.6V 18650 1800mAh Blue
Another 1800 mAh 3.6v: DealExtreme: $5.77 UltraFire LC 17670 1800mAh 3.6V Rechargeable Battery
1600 mAh 3.7v: DealExtreme: $4.95 Ultrafire TR-18500 3.7V 1600mAh Rechargeable Battery
2400 mAh 3.7v: DealExtreme: $6.67 Ultrafire 2400mAh 3.7V Protected 18650 Cell
...as well as others. It's weird cause some of these are the same volts and they look like different sizes..hard to tell what you can and can't use.
Which of these can I safely use in the cigar? Is using 3.7v batteries even an option? If not, what's the highest rating I can use SAFELY as far as the 3.6v batteries go??
