Good morning. Sorry to hear that PT. I didn't know you could get a shot for that.
Just getting old. It only happened once before about 2 months before we moved here, got oral steroids then and it worked. Hitt, they can give me a Steroid shot in the lower back and its supposed to work 6 months to a year. Obviously I'm hoping it will calm down on its own, but I'm in trouble out here if my walking is limited.

My youngest is off this morning to state competition for science Olympiad and my oldest is coming home tomorrow to audition for a part in the summer theater in the park plays.
My Gd is in Washington,DC for the weekend. Her little girl qualified for cheerleading championship compitition.
