i think my back yard won't need much mowing for a bit...there is a very big pile of soil and a very deep trench for the footers- on one side they had to go down 6 feet to get to dry-ish soil. I suspect that means it's a good thing they didn't did during the drought.
They'll pour the concrete on Friday, and I guess the mason can start to build the supports next week. I think that this will not go particularly fast... I'm hoping less than 90 days, but since the wait until Friday is due to a delay in the inspection from the city, i'm not overly optimistic about speed....

No mowing here! But we will pop into the 80's for the next 3 days, perfect time for all the cruise ships docking each day. Had 3 big ones today with a combined 8000 passengers.
Good Morning. Fran, its also Holy Week, crazy amount of folks downtown.
Yeah, a few days of this is OK but it goes on for a week. We have the summer Feria or Fair in August that lasts a week, after last year and seeing how packed downtown gets we booked a flight to Helsinki this year!
Yeah, its a very large tourist town for Spanish and Europeans. Starting to pick up some for Americans and Chinese. Its good for us because that means there are a lot of direct flight from Malaga to most of Europe and cheap.
